Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery date if purchased directly online from Mebo Bridal, or please refer to the Ts&Cs from Your Little Secret if purchasing via our stockists. Please return products in the original packaging along with the pre-paid postage envelope, or if purchasing from store, please return these directly back to them.

If products are returned outside of this time frame, you will be deemed to have accepted the product so will no longer be entitled to a full refund.

If dresses are returned damaged or soiled, we will contact you to return these items back to you and you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
